Doers not strategists

Surely your internal first line IT staff or outsourced partner do their best to keep your systems running

However, a strategic view of digital transformation and the core role of technology on the process is not their speciality.

If, due to your company sizing, you don’t have a senior executive that oversees IT now you can have one in part-time.

Marco Correia

Your Consultant

With 30 years in the industry which 25 were fully dedicated to hospitality technology, I am an industry veteran that has a deep understanding of hotel and travel businesses, technology and how to bridge them together to achieve business success.

During my career, I occupied senior-level positions in hospitality and travel companies such as Belmond and Orient-Express Hotels, Trains and Cruises being responsible for large scale projects that summed multiple millions of dollars. My experience in NYSE regulated companies is a value-added to my expertise due to the many years of managing complex and restrictive requirements and compliance frameworks. Sitting with auditor’s partners or presenting to the board of directors are no novelties to me.
